Immanuel Lutheran School provided me with a learning experience and Christian education that undoubtedly prepared me for the challenges I faced as a teen and adult. When the time came for my husband and me to make the decision for our own children’s education, the choice was simple and obvious. I attended ILS from grades one through eight. Upon entering high school, I felt like I was academically above the rest of my classmates, simply because of the instruction and discipline I received at Immanuel. Not only did Immanuel provide me with a great education, but some wonderful Christian values. Because of the morals and values instilled in me while at ILS, I was able to make wise decisions and handle peer pressure without second guessing myself. The loving environment at Immanuel taught me how to be a real friend, and awarded me with relationships that remain intact today. I am comforted by the fact that my oldest child, now a 5th grader at ILS, is becoming a socially and academically-responsible young lady. The family-friendly environment at Immanuel is a true blessing; one that reinforces our decision to invest in a cost-effective, Christian education for all of our children.
